Service Cancellation and Refunds

Initial Consultation: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.

Project-Based Services: For services billed on a project basis, such as drafting business plans and submitting applications, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to start the work. If the client decides to cancel the project, they must notify Octo Studio in writing. Refunds for payments made beyond the deposit will be based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Ongoing Services: For retainer or ongoing services, clients must provide a 30-day written notice to terminate the agreement. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service period.

Service Dissatisfaction

Performance Guarantee: Octo Studio is committed to delivering high-quality results. If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they must notify us within 14 days of project delivery. We will work to address any issues and make reasonable efforts to resolve them. Refunds or partial refunds will be considered only if the issues cannot be resolved satisfactorily.

Non-Refundable Services

Consulting and Document Submission Services: Payments for consulting services related to business analytics, application processes, and document submission are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Customized Documents: Custom business plans and other specific documentation prepared for applications are non-refundable once delivered and accepted by the client.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent Octo Studio from fulfilling its contractual obligations, such as natural disasters or significant technological failures, clients will be offered the option to reschedule the services or receive a prorated refund for the affected services.

Client Delays: If client actions or delays prevent Octo Studio from delivering services as scheduled, any additional costs incurred due to these delays will be the client’s responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the services. Neither party shall disclose any such information to any third party without prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Octo Studio shall not be held responsible for decisions made by third parties, including Spanish governmental entities such as ENISA and UGE. Our commitment is to assist the client to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes influenced by external bodies.
